8 – 12 Chicken Wing Drumettes
1 Premium American Lager Beer
1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
8-12 Strips Bacon
Thick Wooden Toothpicks

Texas Rib Rangers Spicy BBQ Sauce
Bull Horn Grill
French-cut chicken wing drumettes.
This is done by simply cutting the skin
and tendons around the base of the
Push chicken meat up into a ball –
forming a “lollypop-like” shape.
Wrap the ball of chicken meat with a
strip of regular bacon.
Then, secure with a toothpick.
Make the Marinade:
In a casserole dish, mix 1 Premium American
Lager Beer with 1 Tablespoon of Texas Rib
Rangers Spicy BBQ Rub and Extra Virgin
Stir or whisk ingredients together well.
Place wings in caeersole dish – meat-
side down in the marinade - and
marinate in refrigerator for at least 2
hours. Remove from marinade and
place in Grill.
Remove lollipops from marinade and place in the
Bull Horn Grill.
Fire up your grill!
Place the Bull Horn Grill on your charcoal or gas grill.
Dust the lollipops with a sprinkling of Texas Rib Rangers Spicy BBQ Rub – and close the lid.
Cook on medium-high heat for approximately 1 hour.
When bacon is crisp and the juices “run clear” from the chicken, the lollipops just
about done. Smother the lollipops in Texas Rib Rangers Spicy BBQ Sauce and
finish cooking for another 15 minutes – allowing the BBQ Sauce to caramelize.
